my husband received the monoclonal antibody regimen via a catheter at Duke University's Brain Tumor center in 2/2003 and is in remission after 2 craniotomies. You can learn more at www.braintumorawareness.org about him and our journey. Will come back and provide what info I can about oligos here if you like. I am trying to get my message board participatory as well.

I encourage you to visit my website www.braintumorawareness.org and on the first page on the left you will see the teleconference series presented by NBTF with Dr. Henry Friedman, who was our doctor at Duke. He discusses the multi targeted therapies that are now Duke's approach to brain tumors. I also encourage you to look at the page featuring the 60 Minutes article about monoclonal antibodies and interview with Henry Friedman. http://www.braintumorawareness.org/index_files/Duke.htm
If you have any questions once you hear him, let me know.
Julie
